Production
production line & Exports
- Suqia Company operates a production line in the 10th of Ramadan City. The factory is managed by a director responsible for implementing production plans. The production line is staffed by trained and specialized workers, and a production management team monitors workflow, raw materials, auxiliary materials, and the production line itself, ensuring adherence to the company’s quality standards. A quality control manager is also appointed for the factory.
- Regarding the company’s management, research, and development, its laboratory conducts research to study cost optimization mechanisms, leveraging the flexibility and diversity of its production inputs while maintaining the high quality standards of its products. The company will continue to utilize the capabilities of its research and development department to further develop its products.
- In 2020, the company directed a portion of its sales to export markets, primarily neighboring countries such as Libya, Palestine, and Yemen, which accounted for more than 75% of its exports. This was achieved through a network of local distributors in each of these countries, with the company operating on a cash-on-delivery basis due to the high risk levels in these markets. Suqia has successfully established itself as a leader in the Egyptian market thanks to its efficient and integrated sales and distribution management system, which includes a large sales team.
- The company transports and distributes its products through 25 distribution centers and a sales fleet, serving more than 65,000 wholesale and retail customers across 27 Egyptian governorates. It’s worth noting that the high demand for Top Cola products allows the company to conduct most of its transactions in Egypt in cash.
- Looking ahead, Suqia aims to strengthen its relationships with existing customers, continue its vertical and horizontal integration, and grow its sales by increasing order volumes and expanding its distribution channels. The company also seeks to split its sales equally between wholesalers and retailers in the coming phase, compared to approximately 55% and 45% respectively at present. This move aims to enhance control and further solidify Suqia’s market position.
